* All birds are straight run unless otherwise noted.

 

I require 50% of the cost of each bird paid in advance to place an order. This deposit is ***non–refundable. Orders will be filled in the order your deposit was received. If, for some reason, I cannot fill your order, I will gladly refund your deposit.

I will notify you when your chicks have hatched. **They must be picked up within 6 days of hatch or shipped.

I cannot guarantee a time or date for chicks to be hatched, but if you have black out dates for vacation or other plans, please submit these dates when you order.

**Shipping is available. Please read these details:  If you require shipping, Name, full address, and phone number where you can be reached at almost any time must be included with your order. Shipping will be estimated when the chicks have hatched.   Shipping prices are determined by the USPS. There is also an additional box and supply charge which will vary by the size of the shipment and what species are shipped. (Usually $10 unless it requires a larger box.)  I DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT ON SHIPPING COSTS.

*** Failure to pick up chicks within the 6 days of hatch, or failure to send the money for shipping and remaining balance immediately after I notify you, will result in loss of your deposit. Emergency exceptions, with my approval, can be made at the cost of $ .20 per day per chick for pick up orders only.

​I prefer payment through Paypal. A phone number and your address MUST be included with each order. My Paypal address will be provided when order is confirmed.  I will notify you how to make payment when we agre on terms.

NOTE: PLEASE GO TO THE SPECIALS TAB FOR SPECIAL PRICES and/or extra birds I have hatched that are currently available. Please do not assume I will have a selection of hatched birds available. I set eggs according to the orders I have and always add extras to assure I have enough. Those extra birds may be listed on the Specials page.

Placing an order for the birds you want is the preferred way.

Some breeds may be available in limited quantities and different breeds may not be available at the same time. I will try to work with you on these issues, but unfortunately the hens are the bosses here, and I have to supply chicks as they become available. It may be helpful to place more than one order if you want a  variety of breeds.

​

All of my birds are great quality imports or exhibition lines. I have NO hatchery birds at all. I also try to breed for the best traits and health, while still preserving the integrity of these breeds.  I hatch by order, but will sometimes have extra chicks available.    Seasonal layers like geese, Mandarin ducks, and peafowl will be available during hatching season.
